कोटा, समाचार जगत ब्यूरो । रंगबाड़ी स्थित मधु स्मृति संस्थान बाल गृह के सहयोग से 17 वर्षीय निराश्रित बालक लोकेश सुमन को जीवनदान मिला है। बालक जन्मजात हृदय रोग ‘कॉन्जेन्टियल ट्राइकस्पिड वॉल्व डिस्प्लासिया’ से ग्रसित था।

मधु स्मृति संस्थान की संचालिका बृजबाला निर्भीक ने बताया कि बालक पिछले आठ माह से आवासित संस्था में निवासरत था। इसकी बीमारी के बारे में पता चलने पर बालक का राष्ट्रीय बाल स्वास्थ्य कल्याण योजना के अंतर्गत बालक का उपचार करवाने के लिए पंजीयन करवाया गया था। 6 अप्रैल को भाविप चिकित्सालय में कार्डियक सर्जन डॉ. सौरभ शर्मा व चिकित्सकों की टीम ने बालक का ऑपरेशन किया। कॉर्डियक सर्जन डॉ. सौरभ शर्मा ने बताया कि करीब आठ घंटे तक बालक की ओपन हार्ट सर्जरी चली। बालक अभी आईसीयू में चिकित्सकों की निगरानी में है जिसे 4 दिन बाद सामान्य वाई में शिफ्ट किया जाएगा। संस्थान को संचालिका बृजबाला निर्भीक, संरक्षक हरगोविन्द निर्भीक एवं डॉ. अंजली निर्भीक ने बालक का ऑपरेशन करने वाली चिकित्सकों की टीम का आभार प्रकट किया।

कोटा।  भारत विकास परिषद चिकित्सालय में रंगबाड़ी स्थित मधु स्मृति संस्थान बालगृह के सहयोग से 17 साल के निराश्रित बालक लोकेश सुमन की हार्ट सर्जरी कर जीवन दान दिया गया। कार्डियक सर्जन डॉ. सौरभ शर्मा व चिकित्सकों की टीम ने 8 घंटे में बालक का सफल ऑपरेशन किया। संस्थान की संचालिका बृजबाला निर्भीक, संरक्षक हरगोविन्द निर्भीक व डॉ. अंजली निर्भीक ने चिकित्सक टीम का आभार जताया। कॉर्डियक सर्जन डॉ. सौरभ शर्मा ने बताया कि बालक अभी आईसीयू में चिकित्सकों की निगरानी में है। 4 दिन बाद सामान्य वार्ड में शिफ्ट किया जाएगा।

हार्ट के वॉल्व में थी दिक्कत

कार्डियक सर्जन डॉ. सौरभ शर्मा ने बताया कि यह दुर्लभ बीमारी है, जिसमें हृदय का वाल्व सुचारु रुप से काम नहीं करता है। रक्त लीकेज होता है जिसकी वजह से हृदय के चैम्बर का आकार काफी बढ़ जाता है। इसी बीमारी की वजह से बालक के शरीर में पानी भरना शुरू हो गया था। इसके अलावा लंग्स, लीवर और हृदय की झिल्लियों में पानी भर गया था। बालक को सांस लेने में परेशानी हो रही थी। यह केस काफी जटिल था। करीब 8 घण्टे तक बालक की ओपन हार्ट सर्जरी चली। इस दौरान वाल्व को बदलने की जगह प्राकृतिक वाल्व को ही रिपेयर किया गया। ट्राइकस्पिड वाल्व कहा जाता है। मधु स्मृति संस्थान ने न्यू मेडिकल कॉलेज के सहयोग से बालक के ऑपरेशन के लिए 4 यूनिट ब्लड की व्यवस्था करवाई।
