जटिल सर्जरी कर बचाई 16 साल के रोगी की जान

कोटा | भारत विकास परिषद हॉस्पिटल के कार्डियक सर्जरी विभाग के डॉक्टरों की टीम ने एक दुर्लभ व जटिल सर्जरी की है। कार्डियक सर्जन डॉ. सौरभ शर्मा और डॉ. अंकुर दीक्षित की टीम ने इस 16 वर्षीय मरीज की सर्जरी करके जान बचाई। 

डॉ. सौरभ ने बताया कि 16 साल का मरीज सांस की तकलीफ के साथ आया था। एचआरसीटी टेस्ट कराने पर श्वास नली के निचले सिरे पर 80 प्रतिशत स्टेनोसिस (सिकुड़न) पाया गया। जिससे मरीजको दो माह से सांस लेने में तकलीफ थी। ब्रोंकोस्कोपी जांच करने पर लगभग 6 मिमी स्टेनोटिक खंड श्वास नली के निचले सिरे पर पाया गया। एक दुर्घटना के बाद रोगी की 4 महीने पहले ट्रेकियोस्ट्रोमी हुई थी। दो महीने से रोगी को सांस लेने में तकलीफ हो रहे थी, रोगी ने इंदौर जाकर ट्रेकियल डायलेटेशन करवाया, लेकिन कोई आराम नहीं मिला। मरीज हमारे पास आया तो दो दिन पहले उसका सफल ट्रेकियल रीसक्शन एंड एनास्टोमोसिस सर्जरी की गई। रोगी का उचित वेंटिलेशन और इंट्यूबेशन बड़ी चुनौती थी, जो कार्डियक एनेस्थेटिस्ट डॉ. अंकुर दीक्षित ने पूरी सफलता से दिया। 

दूसरी बड़ी चुनौती सर्जरी के दौरान लारेंजियल नसों को संरक्षित करना था। लारेंजियल नसें इंसान को बोलने में मदद करती हैं। ऐसी सर्जरी में इन्हें बड़ा खतरा होता है। इसलिए सर्जरी में खास सावधानी बरती गई और दोनों लारेंजियल नसों को संरक्षित किया गया।

 

एमआईसीएम तकनीक से डेढ़ इंच का चीरा लगाकर हार्ट का वाल्व बदला। 

कार्यालय संवाददाता कोटा, 10 अक्टूबर। भारत विकास परिषद चिकित्सालय एवं अनुसंधान केन्द्र के कार्डियक सर्जन डॉक्टर सौरभ शर्मा ने एक 23 वर्षीय युवक के हार्ट की सर्जरी के लिए मात्र डेढ़ इंच का चीरा लगाकर सवा इंच का वाल्व बदलने में सफलता हासिल की है।

डॉ. शर्मा ने बताया कि यह एमआईसीएस तकनीक होती है, जिसके तहत हार्ट सर्जरी में छोटा चीरा लगाने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। इस ऑपरेशन की खास बात यह भी है कि मरीज ऑपरेशन के दूसरे ही दिन बिना न टी किसी सहारे के खुद ही चलने भी लगा है। र न मरीज की छाती पर देखने से ओपन हार्ट सर्जरी के लिए लगाया गया चीरा फोड़े- य फुंसी के लिए लगाए गए चीरे के समान हो क थ र र दिखाई दे रहा है। छोटे से चीरा लगाकर ऑपरेशन करने से मरीज की रिकवरी ग्रोथ भी काफी अच्छी है। डॉ. सौरभ शर्मा ने बताया कि केशोरायपाटन बूंदी निवासी 23 वर्षीय युवक जितेन्द्र के वाल्व में तकलीफ थी। करीब तीन-चार साल से उसे सांस लेने में तकलीफ हो रही थी। जय यो चिकित्सालय में दिखाने आया तो उसे देखने से लगा कि वो मिनिमल इन्वेसिव कार्डियक सर्जरी के लिए फिट है। उन्होंने बताया कि छोटा चीरा लगाकर सर्जरी करने से मरीज की रिकवरी बहुत अच्छी हैए मरीज करवट ले रहा है, चल फिर रहा है। पेशेंट के लिए बहुत से अच्छा ऑपरेशन रहा, उसे ज्यादा दर्द भी सहन नहीं करना पड़ रहा है। इस ऑपरेशन में करीब ढाई घंटे का समय अतिरिक्त लगा।
