कोटा (योगेश जोशी)। रंगबाड़ी स्थित मधु स्मृति संस्थान, बाल गृह के सहयोग से 17 वर्षीय निराश्रित बालक लोकेश सुमन को जीवनदान मिला है। बालक जन्मजात हृदय रोग ‘काॅन्जेन्टियल ट्राइकस्पिड वाॅल्व डिस्प्लासिया’ से ग्रसित था। मधु स्मुति संस्थान की संचालिका बृजबाला निर्भीक ने बताया कि बालक पिछले आठ माह से आवासित संस्था में निवासरत था। इसकी बीमारी के बारे में पता चलने पर बालक का राष्ट्रीय बाल स्वास्थ्य कल्याण योजना के अंतर्गत बालक का उपचार करवाने हेतु पंजीयन करवाया गया था। इस योजना के तहत गंभीर बीमारियों से ग्रसित बच्चों का उपचार सरकार की ओर से कराया जाता है। लोकेश के उपचार के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा बालक के उपचार में खर्च राशि की स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई। जिसके तहत 6 अप्रैल को भारत विकास परिषद चिकित्सालय में कार्डियक सर्जन डाॅ. सौरभ शर्मा व चिकित्सकों की टीम ने बालक का आॅपरेशन किया। संस्थान की संचालिका बृजबाला निर्भीक, संरक्षक हरगोविन्द निर्भीक एवं डाॅ. अंजली निर्भीक ने बालक का आॅपरेशन करने वाली चिकित्सकों की टीम का आभार प्रकट किया।
लोकश का आॅपरेशन करने वाले काॅर्डियक सर्जन डाॅ. सौरभ शर्मा ने बताया कि ‘काॅन्जेन्टियल ट्राइकस्पिड वाॅल्व डिस्प्लासिया’ एक दुर्लभ बीमारी है। जिसमें हृदय का वाल्व सुचारू रूप से काम नहीं करता। रक्त लीकेज होता है जिसकी वजह से हृदय के चैम्बर का आकार काफी बढ़ जाता है। इस बीमारी की वजह से बालक के शरीर में पानी भरना शुरू हो गया था। इसके अलावा लंग्स, लीवर और हृदय की झिल्लियों में पानी भर गया था। बालक को सांस लेने में परेशानी हो रही थी। यह केस काफी जटिल था। करीब आठ घंटे तक बालक की ओपन हार्ट सर्जरी चली। इस दौरान वाल्व को बदलने की जगह प्राकृतिक वाल्व को ही रिपेयर किया गया था। जिसे ट्राइकस्पिड वाल्व कहा जाता है। मधु स्मुति संस्थान ने न्यू मेडिकल काॅलेज के सहयोग से बालक के आॅपरेशन के लिए 4 यूनिट ब्लड की व्यवस्था करवायी। बालक अभी आईसीयू में चिकित्सकों की निगरानी में है जिसे 4 दिन बाद सामान्य वार्ड में शिफ्ट किया जाएगा।
